Smart Savings Strategies for Shopping at Even Realities

Question 1

Does Even Realities offer a student discount on smart glasses?

Accepted Answer

Even Realities provides an exclusive education discount for verified students, teachers, and recent graduates. You must verify your academic status through Student Beans during checkout to receive a single-use promotional code. This discount applies toward qualifying smart eyewear frames, but it cannot be stacked with active sitewide sales or existing bundle discounts on accessories.

Question 2

Why is my Even Realities promo code not working at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Custom prescription lens upgrades and replacement accessories frequently cause promo code rejections. Most promotional codes apply strictly to standard non-prescription frames like the G1 or G2. Entering a coupon when purchasing prescription packages or combining codes with existing promotional bundles will automatically invalidate the discount field during final checkout on the official site.

Question 3

Can I return prescription smart glasses to Even Realities?

Accepted Answer

Prescription smart glasses cannot be returned or canceled once 24 hours pass from order placement. Custom optical lenses are manufactured to your personal vision prescription, rendering them non-returnable under standard policies. If you decide to alter your vision order, you must contact customer service immediately within that initial 24-hour window to cancel without incurring fees.

Question 4

Does Even Realities offer a warranty on smart glasses?

Accepted Answer

Even Realities includes a standard 1-year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects on main units and charging cases. Customers located in the European Union and EFTA regions receive an extended 2-year warranty period by default. This coverage protects against internal hardware failures but excludes accidental physical drops, liquid intrusion, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.

Question 5

What is the return window for non-customized Even Realities products?

Accepted Answer

Non-customized smart eyewear and unsealed accessories qualify for a 14-calendar-day return window from delivery. Items must remain in like-new condition with complete original packaging to receive a full refund. Even Realities deducts standard shipping fees from your refund amount, and high-wear consumable items like unsealed nose pads or temple sleeves are strictly excluded.

Question 6

Can I use FSA or HSA funds for Even Realities prescription glasses?

Accepted Answer

Prescription smart glasses from Even Realities qualify for Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account reimbursement. When purchasing frames customized with vision prescription lenses, request an itemized receipt at checkout to submit to your benefit provider. Standard non-prescription smart frames and standalone accessories do not qualify for healthcare spending account coverage.

Question 7

How does the Even Realities referral program work?

Accepted Answer

The Even Realities referral program lets existing owners share referral links to earn reward points in the app. Friends receiving your referral link gain instant access to promotional savings on smart glasses hardware purchases. Accumulated app points can later be redeemed for digital services, optical accessories, or future hardware upgrades directly within your user account.

Question 8

Can I transfer an Even Realities warranty if I buy pre-owned?

Accepted Answer

Pre-owned Even Realities smart glasses require an official warranty transfer request initiated by the original purchaser. The original buyer must contact customer support with invoice details to assign remaining warranty coverage to your user profile. Without completing this formal transfer step, second-hand units forfeit remaining manufacturer warranty protections against technical or hardware defects.
